"WAITLISTS MOVING @ A REASONABLE PACE"

—THE US SUPREME COURT’S DECISION IN OLMSTEAD (1999)

CO DOESN’T HAVE WAITLISTS FOR SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AT ALL, MUCH LESS MOVING @ A REASONABLE PACE.

IT IS BECAUSE OF THE “RICH RESOURCES IN THE COMMUNITY,” RIGHT?  WRONG.

THIS IS REALLY JUST MORE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS.

AND IT SURE AS HECK DOES VIOLATE TITLE II OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.
